Cancellation,Postponement & Refund

The booking is considered confirmed when the deposit has been fully made. postponement is possible up to until 72 hours prior start of work if you have only booked space. If changing the date is made after 72 hours’ notice HM photography will charge extras for. For cancellation we charge 70% of any payment done. For Photoshoot deals, there is no refund once you have put down the deposit and if you have booked your shoot through agency, as those shoot deals are combination of photographer, makeup artist and they have to be booked in advance. For any reschedule of the shoot, £100 penalty will be applied. We have no refund Policy, so once you leave studio any changes or refund are not permitted either partial or in full. Due to the Government's covid-19 guidance or for any unforeseen circumstances, if the Studio reschedule the shoot, the refund requested by the customer would be reimbursed as a HM-PHOTOGRAPHY voucher and voucher could be used within 6 months of the scheduled shoot.
